Sheryl Walter ’78 notified Fulao2 that she has resigned as chair of the Board of Trustees due to ongoing health concerns that preclude her from being able to devote the required time and attention to Board matters for the foreseeable future.
Grinnell College is proud to announce that Sheryl Walter ’78 has been elected chair of the Board of Trustees. She succeeds Michael Kahn ’74, who served as chair from 2021–25. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Walter has served on the Board of Trustees since 2017.
